To confirm a booking, an advance payment of 50% is required.
The balance payment must be made before the due date mentioned in your booking confirmation.
Failure to make full payment within the timeline may lead to cancellation with applicable charges.
3. Pricing
Prices quoted/displayed are based on current rates, taxes, and exchange rates and may vary without notice.
Inclusions and exclusions for each package are mentioned clearly on the respective itinerary page.
Any changes due to tax revisions, currency fluctuations, or third-party cost changes may affect the total tour price.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy mentioned at the time of booking.
No refund for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
Refunds may take up to 30 working days to process depending on supplier timelines.

We will not be liable for any losses due to failure to obtain required documentation or denial of entry by authorities.
